Betsy, I know this is from last year, but I am just now reading the poems. You did an outstanding job on your poem and I really enjoyed it. I hope you still feel proud of it.

Good job Betsy, I liked the way how each line rhymed. It also changed my life.

Betsy,
I really enjoyed reading your poem, I could really relate. My favorite part of your poem was your first stanza- piles full of clothes, blasting music. Overall your poem "I am from" was amazing.

Great poem Betsy! It's true as well! I liked how some of the lines rhymed, but not all do. I love how well you described everything!

I really like the poem you wrote about where you are "from". One of my favorite quotes from the poem is from your description of your room:

“I am from music blasting from speakers,
From piles of shirts, shorts, socks, and sneakers
From every wall, you see a picture
And laughs and memories are within these mixtures”

I can relate to the imagery here, because my room is somewhat similar. I like the way you turned things so regular and simple into meaningful and descriptive poetry!
